We are most appreciative of the lovely musical enhancements to our wedding ceremony. Unfortunately, as mother of the bride, I was only able to hear the processionals and recessionals. Some friends who play in the Lancaster Symphony commented that the preludes were quite nice as well. Best to you as you continue to bring pleasure to many more marriage ceremonies.

Dear Tony and Shrewsbury String Quartet, We just want to thank all of you for the beautiful music you played during our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at the Smithville Inn. We have received so many compliments from our family and friends on how wonderful all of you were and how elegant and beautiful the music you played was. You really helped us achieve our “fairytale” wedding we dreamed of. You all were extremely accommodating and readily available to answer any questions we had. You are all extremely talented and you added such an elegant touch to our big day. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough- you all deserve a standing ovation!!! Dear Tony, I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and help leading up to my wedding on November 8th. Please pass along my heartfelt thanks to the quartet that played at the ceremony. When I walked into the church moments before I was to walk down the aisle, I heard those beautiful strings and I was instantly charmed and calmed. After the ceremony, so many of our guests commented on the music and how it sounded so different and uplifting compared to standard organ music. Your players added a perfect note of sophistication and grace that set the tone for the rest of the day. As for you personally, you were a true oasis in the chaos of wedding planning. I never felt that I had to double-check anything with you, and your players performed exactly as I had hoped. I really can’t thank you enough. What a wonderful day it was! My only regret is that I was not able to meet the players personally after the ceremony. My son was not feeling well and I was attending to him. Please let everyone know I am sorry I could not thank them in person. If any of our friends in the area need beautiful music for an event, I will be sure to give you the heartiest of recommendations.
